App Installation

This guide will demonstrate how to install the Microkeeper App on your Android or Apple Device




You can download the app to access the employee console from anywhere with an internet connection. 

Download app apple android







Microkeeper for Android


Open Google Play Store

Search  Microkeeper

Install Microkeeper

Install App


You will be prompted to give Microkeeper permissions.

You must Accept to Install Microkeeper

Accept Access to install app


After you Intially Log into the Employee console you will have to Allow Microkeeper to use your Location. 

You must allow these settings to be able to clock on via GPS.

Open the App Store

Search  Microkeeper

App Store Search


You will be prompted to Allow Notifications and Access to Locations.

After your intial Log into the Employee console you will have to Allow Microkeeper to use your location.

Troubleshooting


Location Information is unavailable - Check your GPS settings are active on your device.

Accurate Location can not be determined - Check your internet and location settings on your device.

User denied the request for Goelocation - Close and re-open the App, Allow Microkeeper to use your Location.



Below are some quick references to check your settings are correct, these may vary depending on your actual handset. 


 From the home screen go to Settings > More > Location services and ensure that Access to my location is set to ON and that Use GPS satellites and Wi-Fi & mobile network are both checked.

From the home screen go to APPS > Settings > Connections > Location ensure Location is set to ON and that the Mode is set to High Accuracy
