The Clocking Station 5 is Microkeeper's new and improved flagship time and attendance solution for generating timesheet data.
Gone are the days of punch-cards or employees creating their own timesheets. By using biometric fingerprint and NFC technology, staff can clock their attendance on-site enabling management to review staff timesheets from head office.
When an employee is enrolled in the system, their encrypted enrolment is stored online; this means even if you have 20 sites, staff can clock on from any of your work sites. The setup process allows your administrative team to complete setup and review data remotely.
With Fingerprint and NFC clock on you can say goodbye to usernames or passwords that can easily be shared or forgotten. A press of a finger or tap of an NFC tag and within a second, the staff member is clocked on and ready to start work.
Often a high volume of staff starting or finishing work at the same time can lead to bottlenecks when clocking on/off. The Clocking Station 5 can handle the early morning rush or end of day stampede by quickly and efficiently processing a large number of employees at once.
The very moment an employee clocks on the time log data is instantly available online. This gives management the ability to check attendance instantly via the Microkeeper website or apps and keep a track of attendance in real-time. Timesheet data can be reviewed and approved with a single click, ready for payroll to take the next step. Multiple locations can be viewed with ease through the Manager's Console view.
The Microkeeper console case is 1.6mm steel with a powder coated finish. The robust design reduces damage and protects components inside for many years to come.

If you require your Fingerprint Clocking Station to be wall mounted, we have an additional wall mount bracket available to purchase (see the drop down box at the top of the product listing to include in your order).
This enables flush installation of the Fingerprint Clocking Station against any wall. A great option if you have limited counter space. We recommend having your wall mount installed by a professional tradesperson.
