Rosters

It all begins with our fast and easy to use rostering system. You can create multiple rosters for your business to accommodate various locations or multiple departments within your business. Our rosters are easily printable however employees can also access their roster by logging into the employee console or via an SMS notification.

Timesheets

The timesheet data is generated directly from the employees clocking on and off. The roster and timesheet data is overlapped for comparison, any discrepancies can be easily spotted well before payroll is processed.

Payroll

Your payroll can be processed in the time it takes to read this sentence. The timesheet data is automatically converted into payslips taking into account your pre-set award regarding overtime, breaks, super, deductions and special rates.

Employee Console

Never print a payslip again! Each employee is assigned an individual console from which they can check their roster, timesheets, payslips, payment summaries, apply for leave, send payroll a message etc. Saving hours in administration costs.
