What is the Group Static Roster?

Group Static Roster is an option to calculate how Leave Requests and Public Holidays are to be paid out to employees in that Contracted Hours group.

The Group Static Roster is set by the group the Employee is added to.
This allows you to set one Roster for multiple staff who have the same Contracted Working hours.

To see the Current applicable Group Static Roster for an employee:

Steps:

  1. Go to Employee Profile > Contracted Hours.
  2. Set the employee's Contracted Hours type to Group Template (Group Static Roster).
  3. Make sure the employee is assigned to one Contracted Hours group.
  4. Click the Contracted Hours Update button.
  5. Review or enter the group roster shifts by day (Start, Finish, Location, and Role if required).
  6. Save.

Notes :

  • Group Static Roster only works when the employee is in exactly one Contracted Hours group.
  • If an employee is in no Contracted Hours group, or in more than one, the roster cannot be applied until groups are corrected.
  • Changes to a Group Template affect all employees in that group.
