Can Microkeeper enforce Multi Factor Authentication or MFA for users?

Yes, Microkeeper offers the ability to enforce MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for all users in the organisation account.

Navigate to Menu > Settings > General > Global - System Settings - MFA Required

MFA requirements can be configured at different access levels:
Admin Access (Recommended)
MFA is required for users with administrative privileges. This includes anyone who has access to:

  • Settings
  • Reports
  • Files
  • Group Config
  • Activity Feed
  • Invoicing
  • Jobs and Clients
  • Payroll

Manager Access
MFA is required for users with management-level responsibilities. This includes anyone who has access to:

  • Rosters
  • Timesheets
  • Employees
  • Leave requests
  • HR
  • Display Costs
  • NFC tags. Fingerprints and Facial registration

All Staff
When enabled at this level, MFA is required for all employees regardless of their access permissions
