The Microkeeper mobile app allows you to enable an app lock using a 4-digit PIN or biometrics (such as fingerprint or face recognition). This is a simple security feature that protects access to the app on your device and is separate from your Microkeeper username and password.

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by following the steps below:

  • iOS: Uninstall and reinstall the Microkeeper app
  • Android: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Microkeeper > Storage > Clear Storage

After resetting, you will be able to access the app again and set up a new PIN or enable biometrics if required.
