This payment method often also called Pro-Rata Timesheet Allocation is a way to distribute fixed salary hours across different Jobs, based on the actual time clocked at each.

Essentially, the total paid hours remain fixed (e.g, 40 hours), but the "pie" is sliced according to the ratio of the tracked timesheet hours, across different areas worked.

For Example:

JobTimeshet HoursPercentage of TotalCalculationAllocated Paid Hours
Job A20 hrs40%0.404016 hours
Job B30 hrs60%0.604024 hours
Total50 hrs100%
40 hours
