How do I increase the GPS radius for clocking in?

You can increase the GPS radius setting through the Global Settings. The GPS radius setting determines how far staff can be from a location's GPS coordinates when clocking in via the mobile app.

To change the GPS radius:

  1. Navigate to Menu > Settings > General > Global - Timesheets
  2. Under the "GPS Radius" field, enter the desired radius in metres (range: 40 to 1000 metres)
